P.S. Dick's has been having a really good deal on Remington Gun Clubs (7 1/2 or 8's). Ends up costing $4.98 a box after rebate. Also, the 100 packs at Wal-Mart have been a good buy lately. Just be sure you get 7 1/2 or 8's as there is a lot of hunting loads on the shelf right now. If you need help or have any questions give me a call.

Fall Information 9/21/2008
Well, summer is just about over and I'm attempting to get back into the swing of things. We had a wonderful time at the beach but its time to pack-up and head home. We'll officially be home this Wednesday (9/10) and we look forward to shooting at some of the clubs and seeing all of our friends.

While I have your attention I do have a few things that I would like to share. First, don't forget to keep Saturday, September 20th open as the Clay Busters have committed to help at the IWLA Family Festival. IWLA is counting on us so please help if you can. I'm not 100% sure of the schedule but as soon as I know more I'll pass it on. Second, I'm in the process of setting up a few fall practices. I'm shooting, no pun intended, for Sunday afternoons and I expect to have the schedule finalized sometime next week. The practices will be open to all current and perspective team members so if you know someone who is thinking about joining the team make sure you invite them along.

Last, if anyone is interested, a member of JSA is selling a Remington 870 Trap gun for $330. I have not seen it but it sounds like a good deal. If you're interested let me know and I'll hook you up with his contact information.

Thanks and we'll see you soon.

Be safe, have fun, and shoot well,
Roger Beardsley

Fox 43 - More good press for the Clay Busters! 5/9/2008
FOX 43 sent a cameraman out to our first practice on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, and with the footage Fox 43’s Sports Director, Todd Sadowski, put together a terrific spot that aired on their 10pm newscast.

For those of you who were not able to catch the newscast, I have provided a link to the story on our website. (www.masondixonclaybusters.com)

Soft Shotgun Cases & storage cabinet/safe Needed! 9/17/2007
Fellow Sportsmen and Shooting Sports enthusiasts, the Mason-Dixon Clay Busters need your help. We are in desperate need of a few soft shotgun cases and a gun storage cabinet/safe. Over the last year we have be blessed with wonderful guns being donated to our program. Now we need a few soft shotgun cases and a storage cabinet/safe to keep them in. My safe is getting extremely tight. If you have anything that we can use please let me know and I’ll make arrangements to pick them up right away. Condition in not important, just needs to be functional. Thank you for your continued support. We could not do it without your help.

Update - 1/8/2008: We received three new soft cases (Thank You Dave Borecki) but we could use a few more. We still could really use a gun safe. Please keep us in mind when you upgrade.
